Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to or amend an order once it has been placed. You will need to contact us so we can cancel your order and let you start again.
If you would like to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change your delivery address, as long as your order has not shipped.
We can send you a one-time email when your desired product is back in stock. Just send us an email directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the product you want. You can also reach out to us via our contact form here. We'll let you know when we expect to have it back in stock and send you a note when our next batch is ready. We'll do our best to restock your desired product as soon as possible. If you need a product sooner we can try to locate a stockist near you.
Don't love something? We completely understand! We are happy to accept items returned to us within 7 days of purchase. Please understand that, just to be fair, items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. Kingsman Lloyd reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your parcel has been received at our fulfillment center it can take up to 3 business days to process the return before your refund can be issued. Your refund will consist of the full purchase amount minus the shipping cost. If you have any further questions please contact us here.
If you have bought an item from one of our stockists (either online or in store) then your contract of sale is with them. If you wish to return your Kingsman Lloyd goods or if they are damaged/defective then they must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot accept returns at KingsmanLloyd.com for items bought via our stockists.

We'll respond with a returns & exchange form that you can print and use for your return. If you have lost or misplaced your returns & exchange form you can request a new one or you can download a 'Returns & Exchanges' form here. Don’t forget to include your order number so that we can identify and process your return. Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping on returns.

Domestic shipping cost $5 per product or free shipping on all orders above $50. There is an additional fee to ship internationally based on your location. Also, international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.
United States (First-Class Shipping) - 1 to 3 business days.
If you need your item in a hurry, you can expedite your order, choose domestic priority shipping at checkout. Domestic priority shipping cost $15.

We offer shipping across the globe. There is an additional fee to ship internationally based on your location.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If the shipping address provided is a P.O. Box then your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you for alternative details, which has the potential to delay your shipment.
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, starting from the date your order was placed. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress.
We ship all of our orders from our fulfillment center in Covington, Louisiana.
To extend the life of your socks and to protect the fabric, we recommend you machine wash them in cold water not above 40°. Also, make sure you tumble dry your socks on low and do not bleach, do not iron, and do not dry clean them.
Our socks are made to fit most shoe sizes. The suggested shoe sizes are 7.5 - 11.

Our socks are conceptualized in Louisiana, digitized in Michigan, and crafted in Peru. We also work with partners in New York, Indonesia and China.
Currently, we only sell our socks online. We know it can be helpful to see a product in person before purchasing, but we're confident that you'll love our socks if you try them on.
